Matt Lincoln Joslin (Lincoln Signature Estates) brings decades of experience building and launching brands — including LaMar's Donuts & Coffee, Taco Bell, Denny's, Nancy's Catering & Bakery, and multiple fine dining ventures — alongside a deep construction foundation through working alongside other Luxury Custom Home Builders to build his portfolio of Luxury Homes. CJ Galaway brings an award-winning interior design career rooted in high-end residential work across Texas and Colorado. Her collaboration with many Luxury Custom Home Builders throughout her career — including oversight of 12 to 16 interior designers from across the country on the House Beautiful project represents a level of design leadership rarely found in a single firm.

CJ is an award-winning luxury interior designer whose career spans high-end residential work across Texas and Colorado. Her collaboration with several Luxury Builders included oversight of 12 to 16 interior designers from across the country on the nationally recognized House Beautiful project — a commission that placed her work among the most celebrated in the region. CJ's design sensibility is defined by architectural rigor, material sophistication, and a disciplined commitment to timeless beauty over trend.
Matt Lincoln Joslin
Founder & Director of Operations
Matt Lincoln Joslin brings more than 40 years of executive and operating experience to Lincoln Signature Estates, including over 35 years overseeing operations, developing locations, and executing successful grand openings ahead of deadlines. His career spans Taco Bell, Denny's, Nancy's Catering & Bakery, and LaMar's Donuts & Coffee, where he advanced from Chief Operating Officer to President and owner-operator. Matt has led multi-state operations, franchising, site selection, real estate development, construction buildouts, budgeting, procurement, vendor partnerships, and team development — overseeing the opening of several Taco Bell, Denny's, and 21 LaMar's corporate and franchise locations. Through Lincoln Signature Estates, Matt applies this proven leadership and development experience by assembling accomplished award-winning architects, a dedicated building team, award-winning interior designers, and skilled craftspeople around one shared standard: creating bespoke Colorado residences defined by exceptional craftsmanship, privacy, white-glove service, and enduring value.
